TRIP ITINERARY :
DAY-1 (21/09/2023) Arrival
Meeting point :
0600 Hrs at Hanoi International Airport,
Heading to Hanoi City for breakfast. Post breakfast we will head towards the village where we will shoot the mass drying procedure of colourful incense sticks, a very native speciality of Vietnam.
– At 14:00: Lunch
– At 14:30: Capture fishing baskets in Thu Sy village
– At 16:00: Go back to Hanoi and check in at La Dolce Vita hotel
DAY-2 (22/09/2023) Hanoi – Long Coc tea plantation
- At 7:30: After breakfast, check out the hotel and capture workers in the soya sauce workshop
- At 10:00: Travel to Long Coc tea plantation. Have lunch on the way to Long Coc
- At 15:30: Go to the sunset location on tea hill
DAY-3 (23/09/2023) Mu Cang Chai
- At 4:30. Travel to sunrise location on tea hill
- At 10:00: Check out guest house and travel to Mu Cang Chai
- At 15:00: Capture sunset in Khau Pha valley
- At 18:30: Check in hotel in Mu cang chai
DAY-4 (24/09/2023) Mu Cang Chai
- At 4:00: Travel to Kim Noi for sunrise
- At 14:00: Visit corn house of H’mong people
- At 16:00: Sunset in Mam Xoi
DAY-5 (25/09/2023) Mu Cang Chai
- At 4:00: Sunrise in Mam Xoi
- At 8:30: Go back to the town for breakfast, coffee and take rest
- At 14:00: Travel to corn house
- At 15:30: Sunset in Sang Nhu village
DAY-6 (26/09/2023) Mu Cang Chai- Sapa
- At 4:30: Travel to Lao Chai for sunrise
- At 9:00: Check out hotel and travel to Sapa
- At 15:00: Capture sunset in Chu Va Mountain
- At 19:30: Check in Le Bordeaux Hotel in Sapa
DAY-7 (27/09/2023) Sapa – Noi Bai airport
- At 8:00: Check out hotel and capture portraits of Red Dao
- At 11:00: After luch, travel to the Noi Bai airport, Hanoi. Our tour to North Vietnam ends here.
TOUR COST
US$1750 or Equivalent/pax. US$300 Extra for single occupancy.
If you cancel your registration, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the fees paid of the Workshop:
Before 90 days or more: 75% refund
Before 60 days or more: 50% refund
Before 30 Days or more: 25% refund
Within Less than 30 days: Non –refundable

- Shared double bedroom (same gender participants/couples/friends/partners) in 3-STAR hotels wherever possible. For single-room accommodation, US$300 extra is applicable.
- It will cover your main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), starting from 21st Sep breakfast to 27th Sep lunch.
- Mineral water will be provided only during meals.
- Tea/Coffee will be provided with breakfast and in the evening.

- Mentor’s fee for the photography tour, on-field photography assistances, model and props charges and image reviews and workshop.

- Any extra mineral water bottle / beverage will be your personal expense.
- Any personal habits or expenses.
- Any entry fee for individuals and their equipment and cameras at any place/premise.
- Anything that is not in “Include” list.
- What do I get from this photo-tour?
- A thoroughly guided photographic experience by an expert in the field who knows the places and events very well.
- Guiding all participants about lens requirements, creative composition and camera settings on the field during photo shoot.
- Review of participants’ photographs from the tour.
- Assisting in possible editing guidance.
- Guiding participants in finding photographic locations and vantage points for places and events.
- Helping in finding the local delicacies.
- Guiding the entire team about the event, gear requirements, the likely challenge to be faced through a webinar with a PPT presentation well before the tour starts.
- Am I eligible for this tour?
- Anyone above 18 years (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian) is welcome to join this photo tour.
- I am new to photography. Will I join this trip?
Yes of course. This tour is for all photography enthusiastic people. The more you travel and explore, the more your photographic eye will open. Moreover, our team leaders will ensure to give special attention to the beginners. - What equipment are required for this Trip?
Well, even the point-and-shoot camera will work fine. If you have a DSLR camera, any zoom lens and a wide-angle lens will work, but preferably a full-frame camera with a faster wide-angle lens will serve best. A laptop with post-processing software, an extension charging board, an external hard drive, a pen drive and extra memory cards will be helpful. - What is the difference between ASP Photo Tour and other tours?
We are not offering a package tour for general tourists; it is specifically meant for photography enthusiastic people and designed by experienced professional photographers. You will discover the place and learn a lot about this ancient city, its local people and their culture which is an important part of our travel photography. We will try to observe the local people, their daily activities and cultural beliefs and will try to capture those moments using the right compositions and techniques. Our Team Leaders will help our guests to learn camera settings, framing and as well as post-processing. If that’s what is your requirements then surely join us for this exciting photo tour with ASP.
#Under any unavoidable circumstances, if we have to cancel our photo tour, your entire booking money will be refunded. We are not liable to refund your ticket booking charges.
