TRIP ITINERARY :

DAY-1 (24/07/2024) Arrival

Meeting point :

0600 Hrs at Hanoi International Airport,
Heading to Hanoi City for breakfast. Post breakfast we will shoot the Lady with the Flowers and then head towards the village where we will shoot the mass drying procedure of colorful incense sticks, a very native speciality of Vietnam.

– At 14:00: Lunch
– At 14:30: Capture fishing baskets in Thu Sy village
– At 16:00: Check in hotel in Infinity Sea

DAY-2

(25/07/2024) INFINITY SEA – HUE CITY

• In the morning, take pictures of fishermen in infinity sea
• Take pictures of making soya sauce in Hung Yen
• Travel to Hue City

DAY-3

(26/07/2024) Hue – Hoi An

• In the morning, take picture of fishermen in Nhu Y river
• Take pictures of making paper flowers in Thanh Tien
• Take pictures of releasing lanterns in Nhu Y river
• Travel to Hoi An

 

 

DAY-4

(27/07/2024) Hoi An

• Taking pictures of fishman in Cua Dai
• Taking pictures of making lanterns in Hoi An
• Taking pictures of portraits

DAY-5

(28/07/2024) Hoi An – Tuy Hoa

• Check out the hotel and travel to Tuy Hoa City
• Taking pictures of sunset in O Loan Lagoon
• Check in hotel

DAY-6

(29/07/2024) Phu Yen – Nha Trang

• • In the morning, taking pictures of sunrise in Da Dia reef
  • Take pictures of painting bamboo boats
  • Travel to Nha Trang City

DAY-7

(30/07/2024) Nha Trang – Phan Rang

• • In the morning, taking pictures of workers on salt field
  • Taking pictures mending fishnet
  • In the afternoon, taking pictures of sheep farm

DAY-8

(31/07/2024) Phan Rang – Phan Thiet – Vung Tau

• In the morning, taking pictures of Cham people in Nam Cuong sand dunes
• Take pictures of making anchovy sauce
• Travel to Vung Tau

DAY-9

(01/08/2024) Vung Tau – Ho Chi Minh City

• Take pictures of drying streamed fishes

• Travel to Ho Chi Minh City

TOUR COST

US$2000 or Equivalent/pax. US$300 Extra for single occupancy.

If you cancel your registration, then you will be refunded according to the following schedule, based on the fees paid of the Workshop:

Before 90 days or more: 75% refund

Before 60 days or more: 50% refund

Before 30 Days or more: 25% refund

Within Less than 30 days: Non –refundable

Fee Includes :

• • Shared double bedroom (same gender participants/couples/friends/partners) in 3-STAR hotels wherever possible. For single-room accommodation, US$300 extra is applicable.
  • It will cover your main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), starting from 24 Jul breakfast to 01 Aug breakfast.

  • Mentor’s fee for the photography tour, on-field photography assistances, model and props charges and image reviews and workshop.

  • Any additional beverage will be your personal expense.
  • Any personal habits or expenses.
  • Any entry fee for individuals and their equipment and cameras at any place/premise.

  • What do I get from this photo-tour?
    1. A thoroughly guided photographic experience by an expert in the field who knows the places and events very well.
    2. Guiding all participants about lens requirements, creative composition and camera settings on the field during photo shoot.
    3. Review of participants’ photographs from the tour.
    4. Assisting in possible editing guidance.
    5. Guiding participants in finding photographic locations and vantage points for places and events.
    6. Helping in finding the local delicacies.
    7. Guiding the entire team about the event, gear requirements, the likely challenge to be faced through a webinar with a PPT presentation well before the tour starts.
  • Am I eligible for this tour?
  • Anyone above 18 years (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian) is welcome to join this photo tour.
  • I am new to photography. Will I join this trip?
    Yes of course. This tour is for all photography enthusiastic people. The more you travel and explore, the more your photographic eye will open. Moreover, our team leaders will ensure to give special attention to the beginners.
  • What equipment are required for this Trip?
    Well, even the point-and-shoot camera will work fine. If you have a DSLR camera, any zoom lens and a wide-angle lens will work, but preferably a full-frame camera with a faster wide-angle lens will serve best. A laptop with post-processing software, an extension charging board, an external hard drive, a pen drive and extra memory cards will be helpful.
  • What is the difference between ASP Photo Tour and other tours?
    We are not offering a package tour for general tourists; it is specifically meant for photography enthusiastic people and designed by experienced professional photographers. You will discover the place and learn a lot about this ancient city, its local people and their culture which is an important part of our travel photography. We will try to observe the local people, their daily activities and cultural beliefs and will try to capture those moments using the right compositions and techniques. Our Team Leaders will help our guests to learn camera settings, framing and as well as post-processing. If that’s what is your requirements then surely join us for this exciting photo tour with ASP.
