Formal or informal?
So what should you wear for a business portrait? Well, that is entirely up to you and the kind of image you’re hoping to portray. Some companies are very formal, others are completely informal. Either way, we can create headshots that suit. We always recommend bringing a couple of outfits, maybe a suit or two, maybe trousers and a blouse or jeans and a shirt (with and without a jacket). Whatever you feel comfortable in and whatever shows the kind of styling you’d like to be associated with.
Whatever your attire, there’s always time to create both formal and casual portraits. In fact, our more characterful, casual business portrait photography is what most of our clients come for in the first place!

THIS IS ME, ARUN SAHA
I first picked up a camera over thirty years ago, shooting B&W photos with the TLR camera for Indian Air Force. Since then I have worked in the photography art world and with different universities as a photography mentor, visiting lecturer and professional photographer. Not only am I a photographer, but I’m also a photojournalist contributor for the India Today Magazine for their Corporate Story Coverage.
These days, you can find me shooting headshots and portraits from my lovely studio in Pune and also in Kolkata under the brand name of ASP (ARUN SAHA PHOTOGRAPHY). I’ve worked with some amazing people from the world of theatre and film, business, art & sculpture and much more. Everyone has a unique story – with his unique facial structure, expression and personality.
Authenticity is at the heart of what I do; working with light and styling to create unique and dynamic headshot and portrait photos that tell your story.
