ITINERARY
This Tour begins at Vrindavan at around 12:00 pm on day one at our pre-booked hotel and ends at same place after breakfast on day 5. Participants may choose to reach Vrindavan directly by train or by flight to Delhi and by road then to Vrindavan depending upon their preference, but transport between your home and our hotel in Vrindavan is not included in the tour itinerary or cost. However, all required assistance will be duly provided. On day 6th, participants can tie up to hire a vehicle to reach Delhi airport together in the evening.
Day 1
05 MAR : At Vrindavan
Arrive at our pre-booked hotel at Vrindavan by the afternoon. Evening we will have an introductory session followed by a tour briefing with the onscreen display. Various safety measures will also be discussed for the camera and gears.
Day 2
06 MAR : At Vrindavan
After a delicious breakfast and photo discussion over a cup of coffee, we will head towards an ancient temple-like property to witness a customized widow Holi along with a little Krishna especially arranged for our group. We will spend the entire morning there and come back to hotel for lunch. In the evening we will walk down the street up to the Keshi Ghat shooting the beautiful murals encrypted on the walls and will shoot the vibrant evening aarti on the ghat.
Day 3
07 MAR : At Nandgaon
Today we will visit Sirji Temple of Nandagaon village when the villagers will get prepared to move to Barsana. We will shoot the villagers along with the wall arts and murals on the stairways of Nandgaon temple. Today is the day of street shoot at nandgaon. Nandagaon is approx. 50km away from Vrindavan.
Day 4
08 MAR : At Nandgaon (Samaj & Lathmar)
Today we will visit Sirji Temple of Nandagaon village again for Samaj Celebration. This phase of the tour is most crucial but you would get the best possible shots here also. Do attend the team webinar before the tour to understand the place and the event in a much better way. Shooting with this event we will end our tour. After the shoot, will get back to our hotel late in the evening and rest.
Day 5
09 Mar : Departure
After the breakfast, we will depart for our further destination individually.
Workshop Fees:
Rs. 35000/-(Shared Occupancy) & 45000/-(Single occupancy){ Only for Indian ID Proof holders participants}
For foreign participants or NRI: US $900(Shared Occupancy) & $1200(Single occupancy)
FEE INCLUDES
- Twin shared room(optional for couple/partners, otherwise preferably with same-gender participants subjected to availability) in a 2/3 star hotel, with western toilet. Single occupancy allowed on extra payment .
- It will cover all vegetarian buffet meals(we won’t find any non-vegetarian meals there) and mineral water (breakfast, lunch and dinner), starting from 05 Mar dinner to 09 Mar breakfast.
- All local transports related to our photo tour i.e. hiring of cabs from Vrindavan to Barsana and Nandgaon etc.
- Mentor’s fee for on-field assistance, image reviews and guidance on post-processing.

- Train/flight tickets to and fro Mathura/Vrindavan
- Airport/station pick up and drop.

I am new to photography. Will I join this trip?
Yes of course. This tour is for all photography enthusiastic people. The more you travel and explore, the more your photographic eye will open. Moreover, our team leaders will ensure to give special attention to the beginners.
I am not a serious photographer, just a traveler. Shall I join this trip?
Yes, you too can join this tour as our tours are designed for both serious photographers and casual travelers for the purpose of both learning and entertainment. But you need to pay the amount of the full fee as the seats are limited and you could take place of a full paid serious photographer.
What equipment are required for this Trip?
Well, even the point-and-shoot camera will work fine. If you have a DSLR camera, any zoom lens and a wide-angle lens will work best. You may also bring a portrait lens like 50mm or 85mm prime(classic 70-200mm f/2.8 can be the best for the purpose). A laptop with post-processing software, an extension charging board, an external hard drive, and extra memory cards will be helpful. For the review session, you must carry a pen drive along with.
What is the difference between ASP workshop Photo Tours and other tours?
We are not offering a package tour for general tourists; it is specifically meant for photography enthusiastic people and designed by experienced professional photographers. You will discover the place and learn a lot about this ancient city, local people and their culture which is an important part of our travel photography. We will try to observe the local people, their daily activities and cultural beliefs and will try to capture those moments using the right compositions and techniques. Our Team Leaders will help our guests to learn camera settings, framing and as well as post-processing. - ASP shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, road blockages, political closures or any troublesome incidents.

ASP does not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage, camera, gears & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
